Responsibilities
- Coordinate warehouse operations during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 6 AM-2 PM)
- Manage inventory counts and material flow using WMS systems
- Supervise 5-7 team members during peak weekend processing
- Resolve operational issues with real-time problem-solving
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety protocols
- Generate shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with day-shift managers for operational continuity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years warehouse or logistics experience required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
