Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care and staffing across weekend shifts
- Manage emergency protocols and critical incident responses
- Supervise clinical staff and ensure regulatory compliance
- Handle patient admissions and discharge procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Collaborate with weekday leadership for seamless transitions
- Conduct weekend staff evaluations and performance feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years healthcare coordination experience
- Current RN or LVN license in California
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Proficiency in Epic EHR systems
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-6pm)
- Exceptional communication and leadership abilities
