Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance to patients during weekend shifts
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Assist with daily living activities including mobility and personal hygiene
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain medication records
- Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure continuity of care
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 1 year healthcare or caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable transportation for weekend shift coverage
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Background clearance and TB test required
