Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to all customers and visitors entering the facility.
- Operations Execution: Assist with sorting, loading, and organizing packages to ensure timely delivery.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and help maintain accurate inventory records during shifts.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe for all team members.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with shift leads and fellow associates to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a strong advantage.
- Skills: Basic math skills and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
