Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders in a fast-paced environment.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse machinery (certification provided if needed).
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies or customer service issues related to shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (rotating shifts or fixed weekends).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States of America.
