Responsibilities
- Execute daily pick, pack, and ship operations accurately to meet customer deadlines.
- Load and unload freight trucks safely and efficiently using appropriate equipment.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and inventory management procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high productivity and accuracy levels.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
