Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Organize stock in designated areas to ensure easy accessibility.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
- Operate scanning equipment and processing software accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not required).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills for safety labels and logs.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
