Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and shipping orders efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and according to guidelines.
- Inspect products for quality assurance and report any damages immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety standards are met.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory scanning and accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
