Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Safely load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Check incoming shipments for accuracy and update inventory records in our warehouse management system.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick orders from the storage area and prepare them for shipping with high attention to detail.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and coworkers to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting is preferred but not required.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid ID and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
