Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to transfer goods and prepare for the upcoming week.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must be 18 years or older.
