Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and assist in stock rotation to prevent errors.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Team Support: Collaborate with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily KPIs.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Demonstrated history of punctuality and good attendance.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
