Responsibilities
- Pack & Ship: Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery performance.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records for the weekend inventory cycle.
- Forklift Operations: Safely operate powered industrial trucks (Forklifts) to move materials, pallets, and merchandise.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage and ensure packaging standards are met.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic with a proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and comprehend written instructions and communicate clearly.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
