Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders in strict compliance with safety standards.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory status and track shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks using appropriate material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance, weekend protocols, and productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods (8-hour shifts).
- Willingness to work flexible weekend shifts, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
