Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading, unloading, and sorting of inventory with high accuracy.
- Maintain a pristine and organized warehouse environment at all times.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with regulations.
- Perform daily quality checks on outgoing shipments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly production goals.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation to the Tampa facility.
