What You'll Do:
Our Weekend Associates are the face of our brand. You will be responsible for maintaining store standards, assisting customers, and managing inventory during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Execute opening and closing procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure satisfaction.
- Restock shelves and maintain a clean, organized sales floor throughout the shift.
- Assist with inventory counts and manage stock transfers.
- Process transactions at the point of sale accurately.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
