Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist: Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and answering inquiries regarding products and services.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment by following all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Merchandising: Stock shelves, arrange displays, and ensure all merchandise is priced and labeled correctly.
- Point of Sale: Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
- Cash Handling: Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with strict accuracy and accountability.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: No prior experience required; however, previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse customer base.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
