Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing freight and merchandise using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock organization, inventory counts, and maintaining accurate stock levels on the warehouse floor.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe by adhering to all safety protocols and company standards.
- Equipment Operation: Operate handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery with minimal supervision.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekday team to ensure a seamless transition of operations and inventory continuity.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide full paid training for all new hires. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are your only prerequisites.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (or Sunday and Monday) consistently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Basic verbal communication skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
