Responsibilities
- Merchandise Handling: Assist in the receiving, sorting, and stocking of inventory to ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and answer inquiries to provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and stock areas clean, safe, and free of debris.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend team to achieve daily operational goals and targets.
- Shelf Auditing: Monitor stock levels and rotate products to ensure freshness and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to be punctual and adhere to a consistent schedule.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.
