Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume inventory stocking and organization to ensure optimal product availability and display standards.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Maintain a pristine, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to all OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Process inbound and outbound shipments with extreme accuracy and efficiency to minimize errors and returns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly production targets and operational goals.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure all products meet company specifications before being shipped to customers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift; ability to stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, retail, or general labor is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and data entry.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in a fast-paced environment.
