Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Execute opening and closing procedures efficiently to ensure facility readiness for the weekend rush.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, and assist in the receiving and stocking of merchandise to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Customer & Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service to clients and visitors, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Quality Control: Adhere to all safety protocols and quality assurance standards during shift operations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with morning and weekday shifts to ensure a seamless transition of duties.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance checks on equipment and work areas.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
