Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and verifying incoming shipments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders and shipments with a professional and positive attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management software is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
