Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment, with precision and efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Maintain a pristine and organized work environment, adhering strictly to 5S cleanliness standards.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the weekday operations team to facilitate seamless handovers and workflow continuity.
- Assist in loading and unloading trailers, ensuring cargo is secured and handled with care.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld scanners.
