Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and assembly equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to standard operating procedures.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor production lines and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production quotas and targets.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished goods safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehousing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
