Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery and assembly lines during night and weekend shifts.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet strict industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Load, unload, and package finished goods for shipment.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, with flexibility for overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
