Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous quality inspections on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Operate and monitor automated testing equipment and machinery with precision.
- Document any deviations or defects immediately using our internal ERP systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in adherence to OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to resolve recurring quality issues and implement process improvements.
- Perform routine calibration checks on testing instruments to ensure accuracy.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, QA, or warehouse environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect minute defects.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with data entry.
- Flexibility to work weekends as required by business needs.
