Responsibilities
- Perform accurate order picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and productivity goals.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently during peak weekend shifts.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock organization.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
