Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing displays to maintain a clean, inviting environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Perform basic cleaning duties to ensure the sales floor is pristine.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
