Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse to ensure product availability.
- Order Fulfillment: Process incoming and outgoing orders with speed and precision to meet customer deadlines.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free workspace at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a consistent weekly schedule.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
