Responsibilities
- Execute daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Inspect products for quality and damages before they are shipped or stored.
- Collaborate with the weekday staff to ensure a seamless transition of operations during the weekend shift.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work a full-time weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte, NC facility.
