Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and load merchandise onto delivery trucks ensuring accuracy and safety standards.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse facility.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform daily inventory checks and reconcile stock reports with system databases.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily shipping targets.
- Handle package handling and quality control checks before dispatch.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (we offer paid training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
