Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading, unloading, and sorting of packages and freight.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards at all times.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure customer orders are accurate and complete.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scanning technology.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
