Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages, discrepancies, and quality assurance.
- Organize inventory in designated storage areas and ensure accurate labeling.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis facility.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
