Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process incoming and outgoing merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and according to protocol.
- Inspect goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and paperwork related to shipments.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not required).
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as scheduled.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions (loading dock area).
