Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and efficiency to meet daily targets.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipment status and update logs.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify workflow improvements and resolve operational bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work rotating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
