Responsibilities
- Assist in the efficient processing, packing, and shipping of customer orders to ensure timely delivery and accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in strict accordance with company protocols.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on products to maintain high standards and minimize returns.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Handle inventory management tasks, including stock replenishment and cycle counting.
- Provide exceptional support to internal departments and communicate effectively regarding inventory status.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for shift adjustments.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners and warehouse software.
- Attitude: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
