Responsibilities
- Perform efficient loading and unloading of freight and merchandise in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the warehouse and dock areas.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, following all safety protocols.
- Process incoming inventory accurately and update stock management systems.
- Assist in quality control checks to ensure customer satisfaction standards are met.
- Collaborate with the shift lead to achieve daily productivity goals and quotas.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding orders and shipments professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (equivalent experience accepted).
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with a flexible schedule.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
