Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming inventory with precision and efficiency.
- Load and unload trucks safely, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required by training.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work weekends, including Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
