Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately count, tag, and stock merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability.
- Customer Service: Greet customers with a smile, answer inquiries, and assist with finding products efficiently.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, including shelving and storage areas.
- Shipping & Receiving: Assist in the loading and unloading of trucks, ensuring all packages are handled with care.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Quality Control: Monitor product quality and report any damages or discrepancies immediately to the shift manager.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the weekend crew to meet daily operational targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday, with flexible hours as needed.
- Experience: No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required to commute to the facility.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and strong attention to detail.
