Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages and freight with speed and accuracy.
- Organize inventory and stock shelves or bins according to established guidelines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform routine quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and safety audits.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays without conflict.
- Basic math skills for inventory counts and package handling.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team setting.
