Responsibilities
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and process transactions accurately.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock merchandise on shelves and displays to ensure the store is well-organized and fully stocked.
- Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies to management promptly.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries with a focus on problem resolution.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by performing light cleaning duties.
- Cross-train in various departments to support team operations during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix location.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
