Responsibilities
- Assist in the processing, packing, and shipping of incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional service during the weekend rush.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for overtime if needed.
- Basic math skills and a high attention to detail.
- Willingness to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
