Responsibilities
- Stock & Organize: Receive and stock incoming inventory onto warehouse shelves in an organized and efficient manner.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for shipment.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
- Inventory Control: Assist in cycle counts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Driving: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to follow instructions clearly.
- Attitude: Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
