Responsibilities
- Operational Excellence: Execute daily warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory with precision and speed.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to safety standards.
- Equipment Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment as required.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and improve workflow efficiency.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Reporting: Accurately complete necessary documentation and logs for daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (or specific weekend shifts) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and navigate various warehouse environments.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, basic computer literacy, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
