Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper safety equipment and techniques to maintain a secure facility.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and log shipment details accurately to minimize errors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with all OSHA standards.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries regarding order status and delivery schedules.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and improve overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Antonio facility.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions as required by outdoor operations.
