Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock levels on the sales floor.
- Assist customers with locating products and answering general inquiries.
- Perform routine cleaning and safety checks of the work area to ensure compliance.
- Operate scanning equipment and handheld devices to process transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Ensure all safety protocols and company policies are followed at all times.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate scanning equipment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis, GA facility.
- Willingness to work flexible weekend schedules (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
