Responsibilities
- Efficiently load, unload, and stage inventory utilizing hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.
- Perform daily cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and orders.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid Class C Driver’s License required.
- Mandatory availability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
