Job Summary
We are looking for reliable team members who can hit the ground running on Friday afternoons and work through the weekend. This role is essential to maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Perform packing, labeling, and sorting operations for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products for defects and ensure quality control standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Colorado Springs facility.
