Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and maintain organized warehouse inventory records.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety protocols.
- Packaging & Labeling: Ensure all products are correctly packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment.
- Data Entry: Update tracking systems and log daily activities accurately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
