Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock for damage, discrepancies, and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance and operational efficiency.
- Operate handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Assist in packing orders and preparing them for shipment with strict attention to detail.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
