Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the weekend operations team to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor daily workflow, inventory levels, and supply chain logistics to prevent bottlenecks.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards to maintain a secure work environment.
- Coordinate with the week-day management team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Resolve on-site operational issues and customer service inquiries immediately.
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews to foster professional growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in high-pressure settings.
- Availability to work full-time weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Familiarity with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- High school diploma or GED required.
